Details
I was born in Quito, Ecuador. I have always had an interest in cameras. I took Television Production and Film Studies courses at Paxon School for Advanced Studies in Jacksonville, FL. In high school I not only developed my passion for film, but also found my infinite love for photography. Before enrolling in my first Digital Photography class at Jacksonville University, I was a self taught photographer. The film courses helped me develop my photography. I love the overall idea of art, which is the free expression by an artist to convey his thoughts and emotion through complete manipulation. For me, photography is my escape from reality, photography calms me and allows me to "breathe" as well as express myself. Now I have a B.S. in Marine Science and a minor in Photography from Jacksonville University ('20). I have traveled all over the states and world photographing wildlife, unique landscapes, and cultures. Now, I am working for the National Park Service as a ranger and visual specialist/content creator!
